Additional grant for architect's and consulting engineer's fees
A financial grant awarded by the State that complements your construction or improvement grant. Its purpose is partially to offset fees paid to an architect and/or consulting engineer.
Conditions
1. to qualify you must have been awarded a construction or improvement grant
2. you must have commissioned an architect authorised to practise as an architect in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to develop an architectural and/or technical plan for the construction of a new dwelling or for the improvement of an existing dwelling, provided that recourse to an architect is absolutely necessary and that the improvements comply with the terms of the housing benefits law and its terms of application
Additional grant may be refused
You have purchased a plot of land or a dwelling that is subsidised in accordance with the terms of chapter 3 of the amended law of 25 February 1979 concerning housing benefits and concerning aid for the construction of complexes.
Maximum amount
The additional grant corresponds to 50% of the total fees paid to an architect or consulting engineer up to a maximum of 1,250€.
Procedure to obtain an additional grant
The additional grant should be applied for concurrently with a construction or improvement grant and using the same form.
