The story of the formative years of the company traditionally begins end of the 19th century, when a group of young Italians, all coming from northern Italy, moved to Luxembourg in order to find a job. One of these young people, Eustache Giorgetti, the father of Félix Giorgetti, then started his own company in 1937. Due to the quality of service and achievements established through the years, the company Félix GIORGETTI is now one of the first construction and real estate companies in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Our long term business model gives them an immediate and recurrent return and lacks all the complications and hazy situations of more traditional workflows in construction and real estate. Today, Félix GIORGETTI employs around 450 people and more than 700 people if affiliate companies are considered. Total sales per year are about 150 million Euros. These trade figures underscore that Félix GIORGETTI is the biggest privately owned construction and real estate company in Luxembourg.
