Savings premium

A capital grant awarded by the State which corresponds to the interest and premiums earned on your home-savings account or regular savings accounts, provided the funds held in these accounts are employed in financing your home. The maximum savings premium for any one beneficiary is 5,000€.

Conditions

1. to qualify you must have been awarded a construction or purchase grant

2. you must also have been saving regularly for at least 3 years in a savings account with the same banking institution, with an initial capital of 100€

Procedure to obtain a savings premium

The savings premium should be requested concurrently with a construction or purchase grant and using the same form.
