Potential state aids are :
 
A capital grant can be obtained from the State for the construction of a dwelling (single family house or flat) or for first occupancy of a dwelling. The grant can range from 250€ to 9,700€. The sum granted depends on your income and the composition of your household.

It is a capital grant that can be obtained from the State for improving your dwelling.
This grant is awarded for certain kinds of work carried out for purposes of updating the condition and improving the security of houses where the first occupation is less than 15 years old (work intended solely for maintenance or decoration is excluded).
An improvement grant can also be awarded for the addition of new rooms or the enlargement of existing rooms if the size of the household has increased through addition of ascendants or descendants since the construction or purchase date, provided the living-space extension does not exceed the prescribed limits set, but only for buildings erected before 1 March 1994. The building is converted into two dwellings to permit two generations to live separately, with separate kitchens distinguishing the dwellings. Grants of less than 125€ are not paid.
A capital grant awarded by the State which corresponds to the interest and premiums earned on your home-savings account or regular savings accounts, provided the funds held in these accounts are employed in financing your home. The maximum savings premium for any one beneficiary is 5,000€.
State assistance with the payment of interest rates of about 0.75% per dependent child to reduce monthly charges on a mortgage taken out for the purposes of home construction, purchase, or improvement.

The interest subsidy depends on your taxable income and the composition of your household and its rate can range from 0.125% to 1.75%.
If you are unable to provide on your own the guarantees required by a financial institution for the financing of your home construction, purchase, or improvement project, the State can assist in guaranteeing your loan.
Special adaptations grant for individuals with a disability
A capital grant that can be obtained from the State for the purpose of adapting a new or existing dwelling to accommodate physically handicapped persons, individuals suffering from one or more motor disabilities.
State assistance corresponds to 60% of the cost of the work, up to a maximum of 15,000€.
Additional grant for architect's and consulting engineer's fees
A financial grant awarded by the State that complements your construction or improvement grant. Its purpose is partially to offset fees paid to an architect and/or consulting engineer.
