As part of our development and in order to strengthen our Purchaser Management department, Félix Giorgetti Sàrl is looking for an office assistant

Main tasks

In collaboration with the Account Managers, and in direct liaison with the manager, you will be responsible for managing the various administrative tasks in order to support the team in the daily management of clients.

The main tasks include, among others:

  • Updating information on client choices, sending and receiving subcontracting quotes, organising appointments for the team;
  • Managing schedules and preparing monitoring tables;
  • Keeping an overview of the deadlines provided by the site teams;
  • Preparation of documents for the handover of keys;
  • Drafting and sending standard letters;
  • Managing various administrative tasks.

Profile required

  • Have a degree in secretarial or management studies (Bac +2);
  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Good team player, curious and open-minded with good interpersonal skills;
  • Rigour and flexibility
  • Great discretion and confidentiality

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365;
  • Construction knowledge is an advantage (ability to read and understand architectural, electrical and sanitary plans).
