As part of our development and in order to strengthen the Mechanical Workshop Department, Skyliners Sàrl is looking for an Office assistant.

Main tasks

  • Follow-up of service providers (from order to validation of invoices);
  • Verification and follow-up of the mechanics' clocking in and out;
  • Invoicing of services provided;
  • Management of various administrative tasks.

Profile required

  • Have a degree in secretarial or management studies (Bac +2);
  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Perfect command of written and spoken French, German would be an advantage;
  • Discretion and confidentiality;
  • Rigour and flexibility
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Good team player, curious and open-minded with good interpersonal skills.

Technical skills required

  • Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
