Housing work supervisor (M/F/D)

In order to strengthen our housing construction department, we are looking for a housing work supervisor to start immediately.

5 years of experience in construction site supervision on large-scale residential projects in Luxembourg
Proficient in Office package (Excel, Project, Word)
Rigorous, proactive and autonomous, with good interpersonal skills
Speaking Luxembourgish or German is an advantage

Coordination, follow-up and control of finishing works and special techniques
Management of large-scale new housing operations (between 40 and 100 apartments) and of high standing
Technical coordination, budgetary follow-up of the sites and respect of the quality of the sites
