Project manager

Your missions

• Management of real estate projects of all types
• Realization of calls for tender to subcontractors and preparation of orders
• Planning and organization of subcontractors' work
• Follow-up of the work on site
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality
• Management of the lifting of reservations and after-sales service
• Administrative management of projects
• Follow-up of clients

Required skills

• Engineering or building technician training (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position (ideally in Luxembourg)
• Very good knowledge of the technical and regulatory standards in force in Luxembourg
• Good organizational skills, autonomy and rigor
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent skills in French - German and Luxembourgish are an advantage
