Description
The Casa Ferrero administrative building, designed by the architects PERRY WEBER AND ASSOCIATES S.A, is located in Luxembourg-Niederanven, close to Findel airport and the A 1 motorway.
The complex consists of two blocks built on a common basement.
Block A, existing infrastructure, was partially demolished to keep only the 3 basement levels, while Block B is completed in its entirety.
Above ground, the 2 blocks are connected by a central atrium entirely covered by a glass roof.
In this space, the horizontal circulation between the two blocks is done via connecting walkways with a range of about 20 meters; vertical circulation is effected by panoramic glass elevators.
The building includes a company kitchen, several restaurants, a multipurpose room, a boardroom and a fitness center.
The ± 30,000 m2 gross project is developed and built turnkey by Félix Giorgetti.
Located on a sloping site and developed around a large atrium, the 11-storey building, including 6 upper levels (ground floor + 5 floors) and 5 lower levels, adapts perfectly to its surroundings.
The office areas are spread over 9 floors, taking advantage of maximum light.
Levels -3 to -5 include technical areas and parking spaces.
