Proximity to the national motorway network is complemented by an extension of public transport, linking the Leudelange area to La Cloche d'Or and the new infrastructure around the future national football stadium and tram. The building of around 10,000 m2 is perfectly integrated into the topography of the site and the level differences between the two access roads allow us to manage the different flows to offer a functional and pleasant building on a human scale. The south entrance and access to the two main stairwells, each with a double elevator, are on rue de la Poudrerie. A second entrance is located on the mezzanine level, rue du Château d´Eau, where the municipal bus stops are located. These two accesses are connected by a very spacious internal passage. The generous entrance area on the ground floor gives a bird's eye view of a large open porch, creating a motivating, friendly and dynamic place. The building was considered "single-tenant", which by design can be easily divided into two business units at any time. Large glass surfaces favor the natural lighting of spaces, creating a pleasant working environment while integrating aspects of economy and energy. The complex was built under modern, minimalist and sober architectural aspects. The main structure of the building is made of concrete with a natural stone facade and metal panels. All the materials used have been chosen in accordance with sustainable development criteria. Large roof terraces towards rue du Château d´Eau offer panoramic views of the landscape and make it possible to integrate particularly attractive spaces into the building.
