Located on the Route d'Arlon in Luxembourg, the Moonlight building offers more than 9,500 m2 of offices on 5 floors, as well as half of the basement -1 in the kitchen and refectory area.
It has 4 stairwells, 2 elevators, 2 freight elevators, and a glazed walkway with metal supporting frame, 13.5 m long by 2.8 m wide, connecting level +2 & + 3 of the existing neighboring CSSF building.
The bearing architectonic peripheral facade is composed of a concrete strip seen hydrogommé and brick posts. These are made up of more than 300,000 black-colored terracotta bricks. The elements are delivered by Béton Feidt and installed by us.
The earthworks started in November 2016 and the structural work in slabs is in progress on the second floor (phase 4). After more than 30 months of work, the keys to the Moonlight administrative building were handed over to the tenant CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) on June 16, 2019.
