Félix Giorgetti (GIO) is headquartered at 3 rue Jean Piret, L-2350. The group was founded in the late 19th century by Italian cousins Achille, Francesco and Eustache Giorgetti. It has been managed since 1996 by Marc Giorgetti and Paul Giorgetti, with Paul Feider as administrative, commercial and financial director. Marc Giorgetti was named Entrepreneur of the Year by EY. Marc Giorgetti has won the Paperjam Top 100 award in 2016. Félix Giorgetti holds the "Made in Luxembourg" label.

- Kuhn Construction — the oldest construction company in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Founded in 1897, joined the Giorgetti Group in 2006. Holds the "Made in Luxembourg" label and the "Official Supplier to the Grand Ducal Court" distinction.
- Skyliners — specialised in the sales and rental of Liebherr tower and mobile cranes and construction material, founded by the Giorgetti Group in 1988.
- CDCL - is one of the leaders in the construction industry in Luxembourg. With over 40 years' experience and roots going back to 1907, the company has developed its long-standing expertise in the residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction.
- Ferrac - Ferrac S.à.R.L. was founded in 1979 and is specialised in steel treatment and steel reinforcement. Today the company is the biggest supplier of structured steel and steel components for the construction sector in Luxembourg.
- GBA - GBA S.p.r.l operates the Bois d'Anthismes quarry, located next to Poulseur (nearby Liège), in Belgium. Since 1899, it produces the well-known hard sandstone called "Montfort" for architectural use and provides high quality gravel, one of the most important raw materials for the asphalt production.
- Julien Cajot - Cajot's activity covers all kinds of asphalt paving solutions, ranging from roads and motorways to private surfaces. In line with the Group's strategy for innovative solutions, Cajot developed its offer in coloured or printed asphalt used for pedestrian zones. Asphalt paving specialist Julien Cajot was founded in 1967 then ceded to the Félix Giorgetti in 2010, reinforcing the Group's position as market leader in Luxembourg and cross-border in the Greater Region.
- Green Stone – Specializing in the prefabrication of masonry and concrete elements, Green Stone aims to optimize resources and project schedules while ensuring safe and secure working conditions.
- Bonaria & Fils - With over sixty years of experience in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Bonaria & Fils is a traditional player in the construction industry. Founded in 1904, the company has evolved to offer a wide range of services, including civil engineering, building construction, selective demolition, and the remediation of polluted sites.
- TDO - Founded in 2000, TDO Consulting is a key actor in the building and space management in Luxembourg.
- Inside - Inside specialises in the manufacture of high-end wooden furniture for private and professional customers. Founded in 1962 in Alzingen by Jean Schanck, the Luxembourg company's ultra-modern workshop has been located in Soleuvre since 2012.
- Inbau - Founded in 1998 and based in Niederanven, Inbau has built up a solid reputation on the Luxembourg and international markets as a specialist in interior fittings, dry construction, cooling ceilings, metalwork, joinery, internal doors, acoustics and modular partitions.
- Concept+Partners - Founded in 2013 by two Luxembourgish friends who were eager to shake up the dining and night life experience in Luxembourg, Concept+Partners is a young and dynamic company which is constantly looking towards the future and taking on new challenges. Since 2013, Concept+Partners has opened 15 restaurants and bars, each with its own innovative operating concept and brand identity. In 2022, Äre-Resto Hausgemachten Kichen joined the Concept + Partners ecosystem.
