Residences on a human scale

Due to start in September 2023, the Clay and Silt residences (built for the local authority) are the most advanced. The finishing work is in full swing. Inside, the partitions are ready, the screeds have been poured, and tiling and flooring work has begun. On the outside, the carpentry has been completed, the façade work is under way, the exterior joinery has been installed and the sculpted window frames - an elegant signature of the development - are being installed.

As for the Gravel and Sand residences, they were launched in July and the structural work is already nearing completion. With just four flats each, our residences offer a peaceful place to live on a human scale. From one- or two-bedroom flats to three- or four-bedroom duplexes, all homes have their own outdoor space: a garden for exclusive use on the ground floor and a terrace upstairs. So you can fully enjoy the sunny days in a unique setting.
