S+B Inbau joins forces with Félix Giorgetti

Our company continues to evolve, and we're proud to announce that we're expanding our skills base with the addition of S+B Inbau, which joined us on Friday 1 March.

Founded in 1998 and based in Niederanven, S+B Inbau has built up a solid reputation on the Luxembourg and international markets as a specialist in interior fittings, dry construction, cooling ceilings, metalwork, joinery, internal doors, acoustics and modular partitions.

A company in excellent health

As Félix Giorgetti takes part in S+B Inbau, the company will continue to operate independently under the management of current shareholders Daniel Hack, Christian Wolff and Dirk Eppers.

The merger will have no impact on S+B Inbau's workforce of 20 administrative staff and 75 workers. On the contrary, the company is in excellent health, with a full order book for the next two years.

"We are delighted that our company will be joining Félix Giorgetti, a group with strong values, fully rooted in Luxembourg. We can be sure that its identity and long-term future will be preserved," explains Daniel Hack.

A strong long-term relationship

For more than 20 years, our two entities have built up a relationship of trust and have worked together on emblematic Félix Giorgetti projects such as Tour A and KPMG in Kirchberg, Casa Ferrero and Union Investment in Findel and Moonlight in Strassen. We also share the values of family, solidarity, passion for our businesses and excellence in our work.

This alliance will reinforce the creation of synergies within the Giorgetti Group, rounding out our range of services. It will enable us to be ever more efficient and responsive, and give us greater control over our projects, from design to turnkey delivery.
