A privileged location

Located west of Luxembourg-City, Belair enjoys a privileged location very close to all the other districts of the capital. The residence is located a stone’s throw from Place de l’Etoile and has very good public transport connections. Place de l’Etoile is a hub served by municipal and regional buses as well as by the tram. The objective of this new Place de l’Etoile project is to promote the development of soft mobility and will also accommodate several cycle paths, VeloH stations and pedestrian links to other parts of the city. There will also be gathered shops, a fitness room, a food hall and a multiplex cinema. 

350m from the residence, the Josy Barthel stadium is set for demolition following the construction of the new Luxembourg stadium and its site will welcome new housing in a few years. 

The Belair sports hall is located 450m away and includes a large sports center and a swimming pool. Shopping centers can be found there a few minutes by car as well as the Luxembourg Hospital Center. The Belle Étoile and City Concorde shopping centers in Bertrange are 5km from the residence. 

Directly near the residence, on the road to Arlon, the «Belair, Nicolas Simmer» bus stop is served by various bus lines (11, 16, 22) towards Luxembourg- City, from the airport , Bertrange and Steinsel. 

You can also take the tram on Place de l’Etoile, which runs from Luxexpo The Box in Kirchberg to the central station via Place de Paris. Its route will be extended to the airport (Findel) and the Cloche d’Or south of the Gasperich district by 2023. 

For cycles, a bicycle rental station is available on the Place de l’Etoile, 500 meters from the residence. Very practical for your trips in town!
