Construction manager in MEP Engineering (M/F/D)

In order to strengthen our "Functional Buildings" department, we are looking for a Construction manager in MEP Engineering to join us immediately

Profile and skills

• Higher education in construction (BAC +3 to BAC +5);
• Significant experience in a similar function of at least 5 years;
• Knowledge of special techniques (HVAC, sanitation, MV, LV and CF electricity) is essential;
• Knowledge of French, German and Luxembourgish is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of IT tools (Office, MS Project, Autocad);
• Rigorous, dynamic, a leader, able to show initiative, excellent organisational and relational skills.

Mission

• Operational management of construction sites:
• Planning, organising and coordinating of MEP Engineering work with the completion;
• Definition and management of human and technical requirements / resources;
• Follow-up and control of the execution of the work.
• In collaboration with the project manager:
• Ensure the administrative, financial and qualitative follow-up of the construction sites.
