Phase 1 of the new living quarter in Steinfort
In Steinfort, Félix Giorgetti and Kuhn Construction created Champs du Soleil, a new residential neighbourhood.
The Champs du Soleil estate is an ambitious and large-scale mixed-use project which encompasses the construction of 450 housing units, as well as retail units and offices. Covering an overall floor area of 45,000m2, its implementation is divided into three phases.
The first phase, consisting of housing units, offices and shops, including a supermarket, was delivered to its occupants in 2019. It includes 12 residential blocks accommodating a total of 118 one- to three-bedroom apartments.

The Bouton d’Or I-IV residential buildings with 34 one to three bedroom apartments, aditionnal ±1,250 m2 of office space, 1,305 m2 of retail space and a 1,923 m2 supermarket.
The Belle-de-Jour I-IV residential buildings offering 30 one to three bedroom apartment.
The Reine-des-Prés I-III residential buildings comprising 54 one to three bedroom apartments.
