Monza and Daytona are two of the most iconic circuits in Formula 1. They are also the names of the two residences of the future development that will take place in Wickrange, next to GRIDX, the new mixed-use business center that will open end of 2024.
In Wickrange, on the route des Trois Cantons, a new residential development will take place alongside GRIDX, a new mixed-use activity center dedicated to the passion of mobility which will open in late 2024.
It consists of two residences, Monza and Daytona, organized around a central square for a total of 114 apartments. A series of four houses attached to Daytona complete the residential offer.

Modernity and comfort in Daytona
With its straight and modern lines, the Daytona residence is spread over three floors. It also includes a first floor, a mezzanine and a basement level shared with the Monza residence.
Its luminous facade is composed of natural white stone, contrasting with natural gray stone at the base and by the anthracite frames of the windows.
The residence has 60 apartments that will suit all profiles, from singles to couples and families. There are:

An adapted and functional residence
With our expertise in project development, we have designed for Daytona flats of 1 to 2 bedrooms specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.
For this new concept, our teams worked in collaboration with ADAPTH, a Luxembourg-based non-profit organisation specialising in supporting building professionals, to develop accessible and functional spaces for everyone, including wheelchair users and the visually impaired.
Parking, interior and exterior pathways, living spaces: everything has been designed to facilitate their daily lives and promote their well-being.
A central place
Let's head to Wickrange, in the center-south of Luxembourg. This town is located about 15 km from the capital and 8 km from Esch-sur-Alzette. It is directly accessible from the A13 motorway, which makes it the ideal place to enjoy a quiet environment, close to your workplace.
Its proximity to the capital and to Esch-sur-Alzette, the second largest city in the country, will benefit the whole family!
The residential complex is located in a dynamic environment, in an industrial zone where GRIDX, a new mixed-use activity center, will be located. Residents will find many useful services for their daily lives (supermarket, hairdresser, beauty salon, barber, wine cellar, fitness center, etc.).
