OP PELGERT Houses

Oberanven

Welcome to Op Pelgert

New houses in Oberanven, combining contemporary architecture, comfort and quality of life.

Op Pelgert is a new development of 32 houses in Oberanven, developed by Kuhn Construction on the heights between Oberanven and Hostert. Set among greenery, the houses offer generous, light-filled spaces that open onto terraces and gardens. Their clean-lined architecture and carefully selected materials give them a resolutely modern identity, designed to blend into their surroundings.

A low-density neighbourhood that follows the lie of the land: the houses gain in outdoor space and open views.

A family neighbourhood on the heights of Oberanven

A quiet street, a few houses nearby, and the village centre a few minutes away by bike.

The Op Pelgert houses sit in a quiet, rural setting, with only a few homes around them. The atmosphere is peaceful, and local shops and services remain within easy reach on foot, by bike or by car.

The village is sought-after and growing, for its green setting and its view over the valley, while being on the doorstep of Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Your interior, your way

Our interior architects have drawn up a demanding specification, combining materials, fittings and finishes selected for their quality, their look and their durability. Every detail is designed to create an elegant, timeless interior, built to last.

Oberanven: charming, green and well connected

A quiet part of the municipality of Niederanven, close to the airport and the A1 motorway.

Oberanven is a section of the municipality of Niederanven with around 850 inhabitants, to the north-east of Luxembourg City. The city centre is 8 km away, about fifteen minutes by car. Luxembourg Airport (Findel) is close by, and the municipality has direct access to the A1 motorway and the N1 road between Luxembourg and Trier.

Within a few kilometres: a crèche, a maison relais (after-school childcare), a school, a sports centre and several playgrounds. For nature, the municipality has many parks and green spaces, including the Gréngewald forest and the Aarnescht nature reserve, known for its orchids.

The "Schetzel" bus stop is 150 m away, a 3-minute walk, with a bus every 4 minutes. Line 321 links Oberanven to Kirchberg and reaches the capital in 20 minutes; the C12 runs from Neuhaeusgen to the Lycée de Junglinster, the D02 from Hostert to Geeseknäppchen and the H04 from Ernster to Mersch. A Pedibus (walking bus) links the neighbourhood to the Am Sand primary school and the maison relais.
