Luxembourg Business Registers chooses Connex Avenue
After more than two years' work, Félix Giorgetti completed the construction of Connex Avenue at the end of the year and handed over the project to its new owner, Luxembourg Business Registers.
Located at 29-31 avenue de la Gare, Connex Avenue is a mixed-use building with seven levels and two basements, offering 876 m2 of retail space and 2,300 m2 of office space. Developed by Giorgetti, La Compagnie Foncière Luxembourgeoise and AG Real Estate, it offers a modern workplace right in the heart of the dynamic station area.
A technical and logistical challenge
The project represented a real challenge for. our teams:
Demolition of the existing buildings;
Setting up a major stabilisation system for the neighbouring buildings;
Preserving and restoring 370 m2 of the historic façade;
Highly technical earthworks in very hard rock;
Construction in a very restricted urban environment with meticulous logistics.
Its strong architectural concept combines past and present, between its historic part with its warm colours, and its bright modern part with its straight lines.
Our group is very proud to have developed and built Connex Avenue. This project is a fine example of the synergy between our skills and our professions.
