These properties are built using Green Stone technology, developed by the Giorgetti Group, specialists in the prefabrication of walls using Poroton&reg; blocks. This natural brick material incorporates insulation directly into the structure: rot-proof and fireproof, it eliminates the need to add external insulation, while preserving the aesthetics and durability of the fa&ccedil;ades.
Inside, underfloor heating and triple glazing ensure optimum comfort in all seasons. Heating and hot water production are provided by an air-to-water heat pump, a solution that is both efficient and environmentally friendly.
Thanks to the carefully thought-out specifications of our interior designers, you'll have the freedom to create a space that reflects your image, choosing from a selection of top-of-the-range materials that are elegant, timeless and durable.

Les travaux de fa&ccedil;ade sur la r&eacute;sidence Clay et les encadrements sculpt&eacute;s, signature du projet, sont en cours d&rsquo;installation.

Due to start in September 2023, the Clay and Silt residences (built for the local authority) are the most advanced. The finishing work is in full swing. Inside, the partitions are ready, the screeds have been poured, and tiling and flooring work has begun. On the outside, the carpentry has been completed, the fa&ccedil;ade work is under way, the exterior joinery has been installed and the sculpted window frames - an elegant signature of the development - are being installed.
As for the Gravel and Sand residences, they were launched in July and the structural work is already nearing completion. With just four flats each, our residences offer a peaceful place to live on a human scale. From one- or two-bedroom flats to three- or four-bedroom duplexes, all homes have their own outdoor space: a garden for exclusive use on the ground floor and a terrace upstairs. So you can fully enjoy the sunny days in a unique setting.

In Bascharage, at the heart of our new Am Leem development, construction of the four homes is continuing.

As for the surroundings, they are beginning to take shape: the first asphalt mixes have been laid on the road between GRIDX and the residences, and landscaping is under way in front of Monza.
The impressive forecourt linking the two buildings has been paved, and the large concrete planters designed by Green Stone - intended for landscaping - have been installed. You can almost imagine this beautiful space being brought to life by its future residents!

The external landscaping has been completed, and the terraces have been planted.

Wickrange is buzzing with activity. With just a few months to go before the opening of GRIDX, the two neighbouring residences present a contrasting picture.
At Monza, our Housing teams are carrying out the final alterations to the 50 flats, with a view to handing over the keys to the first residents in January 2025.

As for Daytona, the shell was completed last June and the finishing work is now in full swing. The 60 flats will be delivered in early 2026.

At Wickrange, the opening of GRIDX is approaching: Monza is finalising its 50 flats for January 2025, while Daytona will deliver its 60 homes in early 2026.

Delivery of the Monza residence, a development by Félix Giorgetti located next to the GRIDX multi-experience destination.

The interior fittings are created according to our customers' wishes.  Here, the wall is carefully prepared for the installation of black wallpaper to ensure invisible joints.

Triple glazing, a dual-flow ventilation system and underfloor heating: everything is designed to ensure the well-being of residents.

The bathrooms are fitted out and equipped according to our customers' wishes, based on our specifications.

The common areas will soon be handed over to the co-owners.
