GRIDX unveiling

On Thursday June 9, Felix Giorgetti unveiled the details of his construction site in Wickrange: GRIDX, a mixed-use activity center to open in September 2024.

Launched in September 2020, our construction site along the A4 at Wickrange is taking shape every day, revealing the contours of a large-scale project and arousing the curiosity of passers-by.

After several years of development, Félix Giorgetti had the pleasure and the pride to officially present to the press and to the stakeholders the identity and the concept of his project which was kept confidential until now. The meeting was held on Thursday, June 9, directly on the construction site.

As a preamble, Marc Giorgetti (co-manager of Félix Giorgetti) - accompanied by Paul Giorgetti (co-manager of Félix Giorgetti), and Roland Kuhn (managing director of Kuhn Construction) - recalled the origin of the project: a 3 hectare plot of land belonging to Félix Giorgetti and Kuhn Construction, for which a PAP required the creation of a multi-functional zone intended for craftsmanship, services, offices, and retail.

Driven by its strong local roots, its expertise as a builder and real estate developer, and its constant desire to innovate, Félix Giorgetti developed a mixed-use activity center with an unseen concept in Luxembourg.

"With this project, the company has seized a new opportunity to reinvent itself, to aim for new ambitions and to acquire new skills. It is a strong symbol for our company, carried by the 4th generation of the Giorgetti family who brings a new and modern vision", concluded Marc Giorgetti.

Unique concept and location

Felix Giorgetti, head of Development, then revealed the details of this new project: GRIDX.

Passion & Mobility, Art & Leisure, Work & Stay

GRIDX is an innovative center in the country that brings together craft, commercial, professional, accommodation, catering, entertainment, experiences, innovation and events around the theme of passion for mobility. This concept is embodied by a site with an original architecture and a strong identity that is the gateway to the inclusive and immersive experience of GRIDX. With a surface area of 42,000m2 and a capacity of 1,500 parking spaces, the center will be driven by three pillars: Passion & Mobility, Art & Leisure, Work & Stay.

An immersive, multi-sensory experience

GRIDX will offer an immersive, multi-sensory experience. The center is not only aimed at mobility enthusiasts, especially those who love fine mechanical engineering, but also at a wider public thanks to the many shops and services that will constitute an exclusive and complete offer, represented by tenants who value excellence and quality. Partnerships with the great names of Motorworld and Mauto will reinforce this experience at the heart of mobility.

Visitors will discover a permanent automotive exhibition that will bring together some of the most beautiful models from the collection of the prestigious National Automobile Museum of Turin, for the delight of little ones and grown-ups.

The art of tomorrow

Among the new experiences that will be offered are a digital art space, an e-sport hall where competitions of great video games such as FIFA, League of Legend or Clash of Clans will take place.

Contributing to Luxembourg's attractiveness

A 360° offer

A 1,400m2 event hall, which will be one of the largest in Luxembourg, a 900m2 business center and a 140-room hotel will expand the Grand Duchy's MICE offer and contribute to its attractiveness by organizing major events.

With GRIDX, Félix Giorgetti wishes to put his experience as a century-old Luxembourg company at the service of the country's development and dynamism.
