A building of around 3,900 m2 of office space under development in Capellen.

Capoffice is a project that will be developed in Capellen. This project of ± 3,900m2 SGP (large plateau area) of offices, on a plot of ± 3,900m2 is located at the entrance to the city, just 10 minutes from the city center of Luxembourg.

The building is distributed over 6 levels: 4 office levels and one  level on the ground floor in order to perfectly adjust the building to the ergonomics of the land.

The project also includes a comfortable number of 147 parking spaces.

The proposed architecture is “L” shaped, aligning with that of the neighboring building.

The details of the architecture of the facade have yet to be defined. The building will be delivered turnkey according to the client’s requirements.

Location

Capellen is part of the municipality of Mamer, located 12 km from the city of Luxembourg. With direct access to the A6 motorway (exit 2 - Mamer), the Capellen business park is easily accessible.

The business park covers an area of more than 30 hectares and hosts many companies specializing in technology and IT. It also offers some restaurants and a supermarket for the well-being of employees.
