CFL multimodal warehouse
A 30,000m2 warehouse for CFL Multimodal
As part of the construction of the multimodal terminal, CFL has entrusted Félix Giorgetti with the construction of a 30,000 m2 logistics hall.
This new tool has allowed CFL Multimodal to bring together all its logistics activities, taking advantage of the site's strategic location, in direct proximity to the international highway network, the intermodal terminal, the rail highway platform and the marshalling yard.
It also includes 400m2 of office space. In addition to the 13,000 pallets that can be stored in height, the building can accommodate 12,000 rolls, 50,000 tires, 1,500 pallets kept at +5°C or 450 pallets at -23°C.
The works required 100,000 t of 0/50 HF platform fill, 13,000m3 of cast-in-place concrete, 3,200m3 of prefabricated structure (columns and beams), 870m3 of prefabricated firewalls and 6,300m of prefabricated slabs in hourdis.

With a length of 4,000 metres and a width of 60 metres, the runway is renovated in sections and only at night.
Félix Giorgetti, in a consortium with Karp-Kneip Constructions, built for lux-Airport a new checkpoint as part of the rehabilitation work on the Findel runway.

Félix Giorgetti built a second tunnel alongside the existing Rangwee tunnel.
