STELLA Residence

Stella is part of Les Esplanades, the new phase of Media Bay on rue Lucien Thiel. The complex consists of two separate buildings built on a shared basement: the Horizon office building and the Stella residence. Shops and restaurants occupy the ground floor, in a setting designed for people to meet.

Media Bay brings together four architectural signatures: the Four Explorers, four residential buildings; The Waves, an office building; the Lighthouses, two towers, one of which houses RTL Group; and Les Esplanades. Offices, shops and residences are arranged around courtyards and gardens, on the edge of the forest.
