HORIZON Offices

Horizon is part of Les Esplanades, the new phase of Media Bay. The complex consists of two separate buildings built on a shared basement: Horizon, which combines shops on the ground floor with offices on the upper floors, and the Stella residence, dedicated to housing. Between the two, the 440 m² Urban Square links Les Esplanades to the Bamboo Garden of the Media Bay residences.

Media Bay brings together four architectural signatures: the Four Explorers, four residential buildings; The Waves, an office building; the Lighthouses, two towers, one of which houses RTL Group; and Les Esplanades. Offices, shops and residences are arranged around courtyards and gardens, on the edge of the forest.

At the crossroads of business, culture and urban life, Kirchberg is one of Luxembourg's most dynamic districts. Along avenue John F. Kennedy, major banks, law firms and renowned companies such as Amazon, Natixis, KPMG, Arendt and, soon, ArcelorMittal have set up their headquarters. At Media Bay itself, The Waves is home to the Luxembourg headquarters of J.P. Morgan; RTL Group and the European Investment Bank are also based there.

The district is more than its offices. The Philharmonie, the Mudam, d'Coque, Kinépolis and Luxexpo bring culture, sport and leisure to the doorstep, while shops, restaurants, schools and residential neighbourhoods keep the plateau lively throughout the day.
