An urban habitat in a natural environment

Heading to Ettelbruck, north of the capital. This is where the Auf dem Moor housing estate took place, an ambitious residential program destined to become a district in its own right which extends over 5.82ha for 85 lots or 129 housing units. There are residences as well as individual, detached, semi-detached and row single-family homes.

This new complex takes place in an exceptional environment, in the heart of the northern nature of the Grand Duchy.

Project partner, Kuhn Construction has developed and is marketing one residence and 12 houses.

Bright and functional spaces

The residence is made up of two blocks of six apartments each which offer a quality and comfortable living environment on a human scale. These accommodations offer ideally designed spaces with surfaces ranging from approximately 46m2 to 102m2 as well as beautiful penthouses of approximately 159m2 with a view over the surrounding nature.

Passive houses

The traditional houses also display a modern and elegant architecture. A particular attention was brought to the materials in order to provide absolute comfort in a passive and healthy home. The brick walls with integrated 100% mineral and 100% natural insulation are made of terracotta and rock wool for natural insulation and exceptional longevity.

Their mineral coating guarantees a unique aesthetic, long-lasting, waterproof, frost-resistant, rot-proof and incombustible.

Delivery in 2024

The construction of the residence began in 2021 and will be delivered mid-2024. Three houses are under construction with availability in early 2024.

The Auf dem Moor housing estate is located on the outskirts near the city center of Ettelbruck where there are shops and public transport.

Thanks to the proximity of the A7 and the major national and international roads, the capital is located just 25 minutes from the city center of Luxembourg and a few minutes from the supermarkets and shopping centers of Diekirch and Mersch, and the North Hospital Center.

Ettelbruck is a town located north of the capital, in the heart of the Grand Duchy, which has everything to seduce. This municipality of just over 9,000 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2021) is part of the Nordstad, the third economic center of the country which brings together living and integrated agglomerations in a rich and diversified natural environment.

This economic center benefits from an extensive school infrastructure (from early to secondary), an excellent mobility offer, optimal medical care and great economic dynamism (businesses and shops).
